Transportation

Rides

As you plan your transportation to/from camp, please consider carpooling. Traveling with others, getting or offering a ride to/from camp is a wonderful way to begin - or end - Camp! Contact rides@dne.org

We hope you can find a shared ride to/from Camp. There is a Rideshare Board that you can use. Please email rides@dne.org to get the link and instructions. For those who can't find a match on the Rideshare Board, regional rides coordinators will do their best to offer assistance to those offering or seeking a rideshare.

Airports:

Bradley International Airport is a ~45-minute drive Albany Airport is a ~1.5-hour drive Boston's Logan International Airport is a ~2.5-hour drive, and is likely the most convenient airport for combination of flight availability, ticket price, and carpooling.

There is no direct bus service between any airports and the Camp Timber Trails vicinity.

Buses

Unfortunately there are no buses that get you close to Tolland. You can check the town’s website for transportation information.

Trains

The closest Amtrak stations are Springfield MA and Hartford CT
