Lilah’s first year coming to Camp was the last year it was held at Camp Robin Hood when she was in her early teens, and she hasn’t stopped coming since. They grew up attending ecstatic dance events like boogies and frolics in the Hudson Valley. She is passionate about growing supportive communities and strives to do so currently by holding a position on the NGC board. They have their bachelors degree in psychology, as well as a certification as a LaChiara Method Practitioner. As a queer, spiritual creative, she brings compassionate and enthusiastic energy to all her endeavors, and chooses to lead her life with curiosity. They find joy in the expressive arts and weave these forms into their life in many ways. She believes it is so important to work to build and advocate for the visions we hope for and believe in, as part of the next generation of people involved in both the internal systems of DNE and the larger world. They have deep love for the multigenerational nature of DNE, and aim to uphold the values of inclusivity, accessibility, and diversity in all the work she does.
