Camp Nightly Rates

Our fees are on a sliding scale to create financial accessibility and honor personal circumstances. This fee structure aims to make attendance financially accessible to those who need, and  is based on our philosophy of inclusivity. The heart of our payment system is:

  • An honor system of self reporting.
  • A sliding scale on the registration page to find your daily rate.
  • A daily rate based on your yearly income as well as your hourly income.
  • Adjustments to your daily rate to suit each person’s unique circumstances.

There is no calculator to determine a Camp rate that includes all the variables of life. Consider what Dance New England means to you and what you are able to contribute. We ask that you adjust your daily rate upward based on assets (such as owning property, inheritance, investments, or other forms of privilege), or downward based on responsibilities (such as healthcare, tuition, dependents, or unusual circumstances). As others may not have the same financial means that you do, we ask that you help support the community and pay the highest rate you can afford.

Adult and Young Adult Nightly Fees

  • Adults age 18-25 years old: $86 minimum per night
  • Adults over 25 years old: $98 minimum up to $365 (if the minimum rate of $98 per night is a stretch, please visit the Financial Assistance page.

Here is a guideline to help you decide your rate:

  • Financially Strained: $98 per night
  • Financially Coping: $99–150 per night
  • Financially Stable: $151–200 per night
  • Financially Abundant: $201-250 per night
  • Financially Wealthy: $251-365 per night

Young People’s Nightly Fees

  • Under 2 years old: free
  • 2-12 years old $66
  • Teen 13-17 years old: $69

All campers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Payment

Payment is due upon registration. If you are unable to pay in full due to financial hardship, please email registrar@dne.org for assistance.  If you do not make a payment arrangement with our Registrar, your registration will not be accepted.

  • You will receive a payment link when you register, and a payment email will be sent to the primary email address you use to register.

Late Fees

  • Registrations after June 20 will be charged a late fee of $25 per adult.
  • Registrations after July 6 will be charged a late fee of $50 per adult.
  • Late fees are waived for first time campers.
